A Note From the ITRC Director

Dear Annual Meeting Attendees,

After careful deliberation, ITRC has decided to postpone the 2020 Annual Meeting in Minneapolis, MN until later this year. In light of COVID-19 and the growing safety concerns for the public, we feel that it is essential to follow the safety recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

We are currently working diligently with the Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown to identify new meeting dates, which we will announce as soon as possible. We will also distribute more information about how to transfer your meeting registration or request a full registration refund.

ITRC is excited to hold our 2020 Annual Meeting celebrating our 25th Anniversary on April 20-24 at the Radisson Blu in Minneapolis, MN! We expect over 400 environmental leaders and professionals from state agencies; EPA, DOE, DOD, and other federal agencies; industry; and NGOs.

Each year ITRC brings together technical teams to work on solutions to some of the top environmental and health challenges nationwide, including:

• Use of Soil Background Concentrations in Risk Assessment
• 1,4-Dioxane
• Harmful Cyanobacteria Blooms (HCBs)
• Incremental Sampling Methodology (ISM)
• Green and Sustainable Remediation with Resiliency

Hotel Information
The meeting will take place at the Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown. You can make your reservation online or call 612-339-4900 and ask for the ITRC Annual Meeting room block at the nightly rate of $130.00. Please make sure to update your preferred check-in and check-out dates if using the online booking system.

ITRC’s group block rate is $130.00 per night before tax, and is available from 4/19 – 4/24. Hotel check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm. Reservations must be made no later than 5:00pm CST on March 19, 2020. 

Cancellation Policy
All 2020 ITRC Annual Meeting paid registrants will be charged a $50 fee to cancel a registration until March 20, 2020. No refunds will be provided after March 20, 2020.
